GENERAL
‣ Visual references are highly appreciated.
‣ I have the right to decline any commission requests.
‣ As the artist, I maintain all rights of each commission, meaning I can post in socials and portfolio;
‣ No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token);
‣ You may not edit my original art and must credit my art when posted elsewhere;PAYMENT

Hello, My name is Pamonya. Im a self-taught artist currently based in Brazil.In 2020 when the pandemic began I was really frustrated with the college I chose(Computer Enginering) and decided to drop it to focus on my art. I'm a illustrator who specializes in Semi-realistic style but I love to experiment very diferent forms of art. I work really hard on my art to get better in express both my and my clients visions.I also stream at twitch.tv/pamonha, mostly in Portuguese but I do interact in english too.Thanks for coming by and checking my work! :)

You can apply for commission after agreeing with the terms below.
DISCLAIMER
By purchasing my services (art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.
Please read this entirely and carefully. I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.
If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, you may not request a commission.
I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

GENERAL
Client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before Work begins.
Client grants to the Artist non-exclusive rights to observe and replicate Client’s own character design, reference material and other intellectual property for the use of the Work.
Client warrants that they have the authority to enter this agreement, be the point of contact and is solely responsible for decisions and approval during the process.
Artist strives to perform to the best of their ability in good faith and warrants Work is 100% original according to Artist’s best knowledge.
Artist may use commercially licensed, copyright-free and/or educational materials, assets and/or tools.
Artist warrants that they will not copy or heavily reference unauthorised materials.
Artist reserves the right to refuse projects or requests based on content, subject, or other reasons.
REVISIONS
For Character Art there will only be 1 set of feedbacks(Up to ten individual feedbacks) the client can make.
For Full Illustrations there will only be 2 set of feedbacks(Up to ten individual feedbacks) the client can make.
Those feedbacks will be made by Google Forms or Discord
Additional feedbacks will be charged.
Revisions may affect progress and timeline.
Clients may not edit the work after final delivery unless specified in the commission information, project outlines or otherwise approved by the Artist.
PAYMENTS AND FEES
Client pays in full, or pays a 50% downpayment for higher value projects if discussed prior.
The Invoice will be sent by the artist when he's ready to work. Clients must not send money before the Artist request.
Prices are in USD Stripe or methods as provided by the Artist.
Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.
PROCESS
I make a rough sketch before payment, after agreement and charge the painting process begin.
Work completion requires 2 weeks minimum, or up to 2 months depending on each project's complexity.
Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.
Client should plan launches and streams accordingly.
Artist provides progress updates and seeks Client feedback voluntarily.
Final deliverables are provided by the Artist using email, Google Drive in PNG files formats as applicable. Any files hosted by the Artist will be available for the Client to download indefinitely.
If there are any delays and adjustments to timeline, the Artist will inform the Client.
